30 and 15 year fixed rate mortgages

5/25 and 7/23 balloon programs

  • Fixed interest rate for first 5 and 7 years, and then a one time adjustment.  The remaining 25/23 years will be at the adjusted rate.
  • Ideal for the homeowner who knows that they will reside in the home less than five or seven years.
  • Lower initial interest rate.
  • 30 year amortization.

Adjustable rate and convertible mortgages

  • Lower initial interest rate.
  • Easier to qualify.
